• understanding other people’s communication styles and adapting your style to build stronger and more effective relationships.

This workshop focuses on teaching effective communication practices in the workplace through mastering four different communication styles:

• The Director Style
  Decisive decision making and prefers control, whilst actively completing tasks and leading others.
• The Socialiser Style
  Spontaneous decision making and prefers collaboration, whilst working quickly and efficiently.
• The Related Style
  Prefers slow decision making and strategising action, and value close, personal relationship.
• The Thinker
  Style Prefers organsation, structure and data to support decision. Also possesses a high level of problem solving skills.
